Theme Homepage

In this section we will guide you to setup the homepage

In homepage, you will have those sections.

  • Notification bar
  • Hero section
  • Latest Project section
  • Services section
  • Clients section
  • Team/Author section
  • Testimonials section
  • Latest News section

Notification bar​

You can add your notification from Ghost Admin. Go to settings-> Design -> Site-wide Tab. You can add:

  • Notification text
  • Notification link text
  • Notification link
  • Customize your Notification bar color

Hero Section​

This section can be customized in the Ghost Admin. You can change the headline and the cover Image from settings-> Design -> Brand -> Site Description. Forthe desciption you can edit it from settings-> Design -> Homepage -> Full Description

Latest Project section​

This section displays your Latest Projects. To add this section, follow those steps:

  • Create a new page with a title and excerpt
  • The section title will be the page title
  • The section sub-title will be the page excerpt

You can give the page any title, but the slug should be /project

To add a new project you need to add a hashtag projet (#project) and The template should be project for every post.

Services section​

To add this section, follow those steps:

  • Create a page which has a sercives hashtag (#services)
  • The section title will be the page title
  • The section sub-title will be the page excerpt

To add a service, you need to add new tag to this page. the service content will come from the tag itself:

  • Service image - is the tag cover
  • Service title - is the tag name
  • Service description - is the tag description

Clients section​

To add this section, follow those steps:

  • Create a page which has a clients hashtag (#clients)
  • The section title will be the page title
  • The section sub-title will be the page excerpt

To add a client, you need to add new tag to this page. the client image will come from the tag cover.

Team section​

This section will list all your authors. you need just to create a page which has a team hashtag (#authors).

  • The section title will be the page title
  • The section sub-title will be the page excerpt

Testimonials section​

To add this section, follow those steps:

  • Create a page which has a testimonial hashtag (#testimonial)
  • The section title will be the page title
  • The section sub-title will be the page excerpt

To add a testimonial, you need to add new tag to this page. the testimonial content will come from the tag itself:

  • The client image - is the tag cover
  • The client name - is the tag name
  • The client Expertise - is the tag meta description
  • testimonial quote - is the tag description

Latest News section​

This section will list your Recent News. Posts with hash-tag (#project) will not be displayed. To add this section, follow those steps:

  • Create a new page with a title and excerpt
  • The section title will be the page title
  • The section sub-title will be the page excerpt
